MATTHEW MOK
I feel, therefore I write....
Another year gone, another wrinkle gained. Bless my soul as I am not feeling that old!

Well, December really comes and goes with a blink of an eye. In recent days, I have had my new Samsung Innov8 phone snatched away in broad daylight much to my horror, bought another new phone to compensate this aching heart, organised company pool party with some smashing fun, attended Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra's The Lord of the Ring symphony wearing an oversized jacket and going for Mamma Mia the musical this Christmas day and finally, off to good-old Bangkok the following day!

In addition, work never ends even as the year slows down because January-to-February time frame is one of the busiest periods in the mobile industry with festive campaigns (New Year, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day) and what nots, and projects have to be planned ahead. And I will be going to cold London mid Jan for some sales meeting and training and back to KL just in time to feed the Ox--hopefully without much muss and fuss. Yea, I do not dig Chinese New Year...just too noisy, nosy and and busy...:P

Indeed, when all is said and done, I can conclude: 2008 is one heck of a year--new faces and places discovered, new friends made and broken; altogether a better me I guess. Despite bleak times ahead, I still wish everyone a joyous 2009, best of health and everything nice! Simply because there is still so much more to say and do even in trying times...
